Carroll, if you are even semi-serious about this I would point you to the intelligence sharing operations of English speaking peoples. Our NSA has VERY close intelligence sharing–to the point of near total exchange between the US, Britain, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

That alone binds these countries very tightly. In fact there is reportedly domination by WASPs and they are indeed skeptical of Israel/Jewish interests. This underlies the spying Israel conducts against the US and Britain. The Israeli’s know they aren’t in on every conversation and it drives them nuts.
