Pressed by a group of supporters of Israel who are pushing the U.S. to attack Iran. Hagel said it hadn’t worked out that well in Iraq. A couple of members of the group then said he wasn’t supportive enough of Israel.

Hagel spoke firmly:

“Let me clear something up here if there’s any doubt in your mind. I’m a U.S. Senator. I’m not an Israeli senator. I’m a U.S. Senator. I support Israel… But my first interest is, I take an oath to the constitution of the United States. Not to a president, not to a party, not to Israel.”

I suggest to anyone who attends any campaign rally and has an opportunity..that they ask the candidate to “renounce and reject” all loyalty to the “foreign country” of Israel and all other foreign interest.

Loyalty to the United States of America, and only America is the logical Requirement Number One of any office holder in this country.

And should be the number one requirement for citizenship in this country.

The quote below is from the Contemporary Global Anti-Semitism from DOS. Reference is from Appendix 2, page 81, Working Definition of Antisemitism.

“Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.”

It seems to me that the input into the report came directly from US citizens who favor and promote Israeli national security strategy at the expense of US policy (as pointed out in the article). Perhaps even some of the individuals identified in the piece were responsible. So now, Mr Lobe or anyone else who questions the apparent/traceable dual loyalties of US citizens who happen to be Jewish can now be labeled a racist according to DOS.

yup, this is the sort of detailed institutional analysis we are going to eventually need to see all across the mainstream press (by which time it will have been redefined as part of the context of a concrete investigation into nuclear treason, which will be the only thing specific enough to really break the taboo.

The funny thing is, the FBI said they were going after these connections, as they were interested in finding out who did the Niger Uranium Letter and whether or not there was any connection to Sharon’s Likud Party.
